The cost of delivery for all orders is £7.00. This provides a secure service through Parceline.
This delivery charge covers the complete order, regardless of the size. There are no additional charges for bulk orders.
Customers should be aware that deliveries are made Monday – Friday from 8.00am – 5.00pm.If you are unable to receive delivery, a note will be left giving details for collection locally. Uncollected orders will be returned to UMBRO and may cause delays.
Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. During bank holiday periods these delivery timescales may be extended.
Due to the high number of orders being processed, there is currently no facility to track order progress online.
Although missing, incorrect and faulty items are very rare with UMBRO orders, if you do encounter problems please contact UMBRO Customer Services on 0845 603 7047 quoting your original order number reference.
Please make a note of all missing/faulty items and have these to hand.

UMBRO can modify all team kits clothing garments. Modifications can only be booked via the sales hotline on 0845 603 7047. Modifications will increase order timelines.
